Shopping with Agnito

We would like to make your experience of shopping with Agnito as painless and as pleasurable as possible. Here’s a short guide to how it all works.

Ordering

All orders must be placed at our online shop. You can call us between 9am and 5pm on 01865 524524 should you have any queries or would like some general help and advice. We’re always happy to hear from you and we like to give a personal service. This is not a premium rate number and your normal network call charges will apply.

You can also email us at info@agnito.co.uk. We aim to get back to all our customers within 24 hours (during normal office hours).
Our postal address, should you need to write to us, is 7200 The Quorum, Oxford Business Park North, Garsington Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2JZ. After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email to say that we have received your order and what to expect next.

Payment

All payments are made online at the time of ordering. We accept payment by WorldPay. Sorry, but we don’t accept cash or cheques.

Out of stock

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock we will inform you by email and let you know when we expect stock to be due back in. We will provide a full refund for the item if the ‘stock-in date’ is not suitable for you.

Delivery

We normally deliver within 48 hours (excluding public bank holidays and weekends). Delivery is free on all items, with the exception of the Sonos Bridge which is subject to a £9.99 delivery charge. If your total order value is over £200.00, then we will not charge you for a delivery that includes a Sonos Bridge.

If delivery has not been made within 7 working days, then please call us on 01865 524524 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday or email us at info@agnito.co.uk and we’ll track your order and advise you where it is.

Returns and Cancellations

You have a right to change your mind and if you do decide that you would like to cancel your order then please email us at info@agnito.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your goods (not including weekends and bank holidays) and we will make a full refund, including the original delivery charge.  The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by you.

As you can appreciate, all products must be returned unused, fully boxed, as received and in re-sellable condition, complete with all packaging and any accessories supplied. Our return address is 7200 The Quorum, Oxford Business Park North, Garsington Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2JZ.

For goods not returned in the condition as advised above then a handling and other charges may apply.

Faulty Goods and Guarantees

If you are having difficulties with a product that you have purchased from us, then please call us in the first instance between 9am and 5pm on 01865 524524. This is not a premium rate number (just your normal network call charges will apply) and we may be able to resolve your issue with our technical support team over the phone or on email. There is also a good support function at Sonos which provides a troubleshooting service http://www.sonos.com/support.

If a product is found to be faulty, is damaged in transit or develops a fault and is still within the manufacturers’ warranty, then the faulty product can be returned to Agnito at the above address (see returns). We will be happy to exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or credit as soon as possible.

This excludes products that have become faulty due to;

  • Accidental damage
  • Mis-use leading to cause of fault
  • Attempt at repair leading to damage

All our products are covered by the standard 12 months manufacturers guarantee. For Sonos products, more information can be found here http://www.sonos.com/support/policies/#warranty_coverage

After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require.
